Welcome to mpored. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and mpored ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the mpored gaming platform located at https://mpored.cam and all associated services.
By registering an account with mpored, depositing funds, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using our services immediately and may request account closure through our customer support team.
To use mpored services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on mpored. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds will be forfeited.
mpored services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing our platform and placing bets or playing games. We employ geo-location technology to verify your location. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law from gambling and that your use of mpored services does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Each person may maintain only one active account with mpored. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If we discover that you operate multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all funds.
All Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. This process requires submission of valid Indonesian identification (KTP), proof of address, and a selfie photograph. Verification typically completes within 24 hours. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of account creation may result in account restrictions.
To create an mpored account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as shown on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify mpored customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. mpored shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
The name on your mpored account must exactly match the name on your Indonesian identification documents and your bank account or e-wallet account used for deposits and withdrawals. We will reject withdrawal requests to accounts with mismatched names as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
mpored supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank processing times may occasionally cause delays.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within 5-15 minutes for standard transactions to major Indonesian banks. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and typically process within the same business day.

mpored does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at mpored's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Not all players may qualify for all bonuses. We reserve the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Attempting to abuse bonuses through strategies such as low-risk betting, opposite betting, or irregular betting patterns may result in bonus cancellation, winnings forfeiture, and account suspension. mpored employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Our decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.
All games on mpored use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly tested by independent auditing agencies to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Game outcomes are determined by these RNGs and cannot be influenced by mpored or any third party.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of disputes regarding bandar bola (football betting) markets, match statistics, or other sporting outcomes, mpored's decision based on official sources shall be final and binding.
Each game has specific rules and payout structures displayed within the game interface. For traditional Indonesian games like togel (lottery-style numbers game) and sabung ayam (cockfighting), specific market rules and settlement procedures are clearly outlined in the respective game sections. You are responsible for understanding these rules before placing bets.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, mpored reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.
While we strive to provide continuous service, mpored does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security updates, legal compliance, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
mpored's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
mpored is not responsible for content, accuracy, or reliability of games, betting markets, or odds provided by third-party game developers and sports data providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of third-party information.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. If you do not withdraw funds within 90 days of closure request, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees.
mpored reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining funds pending investigation.
If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons, we will process the closure immediately and implement a cooling-off period during which you cannot reopen the account. See our Responsible Gaming policy for details on self-exclusion options.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indonesian law. Any disputes arising from your use of mpored services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mpored.
